- Once your order is placed, we will send you a DHL link to print a shipping label.
- Print the shipping label and paperwork provided by Prettysac and arrange a pickup with your local DHL service.
- Attach the printed label and paperwork securely to the parcel containing your scarf.

Creation, Completion & Delivery
- Once we receive your scarf, we will notify you of its receipt.
- Our team will begin the process of creating your bespoke Prettysac.
- Within 2-3 weeks, your finished bag will be ready.
- We will promptly return the transformed bag to you.
