Ship your scarf to Prettysac

  1. Once your order is placed, we will contact you!
  2. You will receive a DHL link to print the shipping label and paperwork, all provided by Prettysac. Arrange a pickup with your local DHL service.
  3. Attach the printed label and paperwork securely to the parcel containing your scarf.

Creation, Completion & Delivery

  1. As soon as we receive your scarf, we will notify you and the process of creating your bespoke Prettysac will begin!
  2. Within 2-3 weeks, your finished bag will be ready and sent back to you!
